When Canadian food-writer Barbara-jo stumbled upon this authentic townhouse, it was love at first sight. It ticked all the boxes for a new life in France! Guided by respect for what was formed in the past, she created a cosy interior where her love for gathering people around the table and writing about food became the ultimate realisation of a dream. Having baptised her home 'Maison des Mots' she surely lives a writer's life 'in her own words'!
